How the 48-hour promise works

01 Order Received — truck spec confirmed: brand, model, year, light pattern, hole layout. Hour 0
02 Laser Cut — pre-chromed bumper pulled. Holes, lights, brackets cut to spec. Hour 0–24
03 Inspect & Pack — quality check, edge-finished, packed with hardware kit. Hour 24–40
04 Dispatched — tracking number sent. Carrier pickup from Magnolia, TX. By Hour 48

Drop bumpers, complex profiles, non-standard shapes. Built from raw steel in Tlalnepantla, then crossed monthly to Magnolia, TX. Every step disclosed before purchase.

Why made-to-order takes 4–6 weeks

01 Order Confirmed — custom profile spec'd. Production slot scheduled in Tlalnepantla queue. Week 0
02 Built On The Floor — steel cut, formed, polished, copper-plated, nickel-plated, chromed. Hand-finished. Week 1–3
03 Cross-Border Transport — joins our monthly trailer from Tlalnepantla to Magnolia, TX. Customs clearance. Week 3–5
04 Final Dispatch — inspected at Magnolia, packed, dispatched via UPS Ground or LTL with tracking. Week 4–6

Phase 2 · Transit

Logistics Hub.

Two shipping methods selected automatically based on bumper size and weight. Both quoted at checkout.

UPS Ground / Lightweight & Standard — transit 3–7 days — cost $150–$200. Flat bumpers and accessories. Faster, lower cost, standard tracking.

LTL Freight / Oversized & Heavy — transit 5–9 days — cost $400–$600. Large bumpers, drop profiles. Crated and palletized. Signature required.

Oversized items notice

Shipping is calculated per order. Pricing depends on product, size, weight, and destination. Some configurations require LTL freight quotes. Final cost shown at checkout. No hidden fees added later.

Transit Coverage

If It Arrives Damaged, That's On Us.

Transit damage is not a return — it is a carrier claim. Galhor covers all transit damage at no cost.

What to do immediately: inspect at delivery. Photograph packaging and product before unpacking.
Contact us same day: email info@galhortruckparts.com with order number and photos. Do not install the damaged part.
The replacement: we initiate a replacement at no charge. Ships under the same timeline as the original.
No deductible. No fee. Transit coverage is unconditional. No restocking fee. No return shipping cost.

Daily Cutoff

11 PM Central.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM Central are processed the same day. After 11:00 PM — next business day. The 48-hour and 4–6 week clocks both start from the moment of processing.
